Advice Column Question: How can I practice for All-Region?
All-Region auditions are coming up on October 5th. In these last three weeks, it's important to keep practicing and continue to hone your skills! Recently, Reedy Orchestra has launched their Region Journey to help keep track of your growth throughout this region season. In addition, all the etudes and excerpts have been compiled into SmartMusic! This can be a great tool while practicing especially for aspects like rhythm. There are also a lot of cool features to experiment with like the loop setting to help you nail down those difficult sections! Good skill in your practice!
